How long does a typical kitchen project take?
From first visit to handover, a typical bespoke kitchen takes 8–14 weeks: 2–3 weeks for design and estimating, 4–6 weeks for cabinetry to be manufactured by our chosen supplier, and 1–2 weeks for fit and finish on site. Modular kitchens can be considerably faster.
What's the difference between modular and bespoke?
Modular kitchens use pre-manufactured carcasses and doors from established brands, they’re cost-effective and quick to fit. Bespoke kitchens are designed and built specifically for your space, hand-painted in any shade you’d like, and made from solid timber rather than MFC. We do both.
Can I supply my own appliances?
Absolutely. Many of our clients prefer to source their appliances directly. We just need the dimensions and any specific cut-outs at the design stage. We can also recommend suppliers if you’d like.
Do you handle the electrics, plumbing and tiling?
Yes, every Cressbrook kitchen is project-managed end to end. Our long-standing local electricians, plumbers, tilers and decorators are all included in the quote. One conversation, one team.
What budgets do you cater to?
Modular kitchen refurbishments typically start from around £8,000–£15,000 fitted; fully bespoke hand-painted kitchens with stone tops generally fall between £25,000 and £60,000+ depending on size and material choices. We’ll be transparent about what’s achievable for yours from the very first conversation.
