How long does a bathroom refurbishment take?
A standard family bathroom usually takes 2–3 weeks on site, depending on tiling and structural work. Wet rooms with full tanking and tiling typically take 3–4 weeks. We’ll always give you a clear schedule before we start.
Can you fit underfloor heating into an existing bathroom?
Yes, electric underfloor heating mats can usually be retrofitted under a new tile floor with minimal floor build-up. For wet underfloor heating connected to your central heating, it’s usually fitted as part of a larger refurbishment.
Can I supply my own materials?

Will you handle planning permission for a wet room?
For most internal bathroom refurbishments planning permission isn’t needed. If you’re converting an existing space (e.g. a small bedroom into an en-suite) we’ll handle any building regulations that apply.

A clean refresh of an existing family bathroom typically starts around £6,000–£10,000. A fully tiled wet room with bespoke vanity, underfloor heating and quality brassware usually falls between £15,000 and £30,000+ depending on scope.
